Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

S60 respects your privacy. This policy explains how S60 collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit our website or submit a workplace inquiry.

S60 operates from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

01

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, work email address, company, role, office location, approximate employee count, details about an existing fitness or wellness space, and your message.

Our website and service providers may also collect limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request or security logs.

02

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand workplace needs, discuss S60 services and implementation options, maintain and secure the website, prevent misuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our communications and services.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If we later offer marketing communications, we will provide any consent and unsubscribe choices required by applicable law.

03

Consent and your choices

By voluntarily submitting information through the website, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure for the purposes described at or before collection. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under our control, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

04

Service providers and disclosure

S60 uses service providers to operate the website and process inquiries. Form submissions are processed by Formspree. These providers may process or store information in jurisdictions outside Ontario or Canada, where it may be subject to local laws.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a business reorganization, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.

Formspree maintains its own privacy policy ↗.

05

Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain appropriate business records, or as required by law. Formspree’s free service may retain submission history according to its applicable account settings and policies.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

06

Cookies and analytics

S60 does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural advertising on this website. Essential technologies or technical logs may be used by the website’s hosting and form-processing providers to deliver, secure, and maintain their services.

If we introduce analytics, advertising tools, or other material tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by law.

07

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for workplace representatives and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

08

Contact and privacy requests

Questions, access requests, correction requests, or privacy concerns may currently be submitted through the S60 inquiry form ↗. Please write “Privacy request” at the beginning of your message so it can be directed appropriately.

A dedicated privacy contact email will be added when S60’s business domain and email system are established.

09

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
